Soon after their very first year on campus, the men’s baseball group looks forward to their second season in program history. The Mountain Lions struck initially in the top half of the second inning on a two-run shot to left-center field. Jake Boyd (Jr., Salt Lake City, Utah) earned the very first RMAC Player of the Week award of the season. Romero scored a group high four runs and drove in two. The guests capped off the day with a sacrifice fly to appropriate field scoring their tenth run of the game, and the property team pushed across 1 run in the bottom of the seventh, but the game ended with the Mountain Lions on top 10-1.
